Our house-watching services are grounded on industry-proven standards checklist and pricing based on the size of the home and the amenities to be watched. Whether your home or property requires weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visitation, we have a plan to fit your needs. Whether you’ll be away for a long vacation or multiple years, Home Hawk has your condo, townhome, or home covered.

Each visit includes a photo-documented report outlining key findings and owner recommendations. The following services are included in all of our Home Hawk walk-throughs. We can also discuss unique features of your home that may not be included on our standard checklist but would be important for you to have peace of mind while you’re away.

  • Perimeter walls and fences checked
  • Foundation Walls (Signs of water around foundation)
  • Evidence of rain gutter damage / failure / etc.
  • Gates checked
  • Check appearance of swimming pool, spa.
  • Check for any evidences of ice damming, exterior damage from snow, water, ice
  • Check for any visual issues with landscape (trees, shrubs, lawn)
  • Check external HVAC equipment for any signs of damage, leaking, etc.

Additional Plant Watering (up to five additional plants) $15 per visit
Additional Plant Watering (up to ten additional plants) $25 per visit
Vehicle / RV Check – Remove vehicle cover. Check for any visible signs of damage, intrusion, oil leaks, run vehicle for ten minutes (if keys provided), check for any flat tires, provide ten photos of interior & exterior combined $45 / visit
Additional Outbuilding Check – Do you have an accessory dwelling unit, pool house, separate garage, barn, etc. We can use our standard checklist to check your additional buildings. Billed Hourly
Video Service – Would you like a video of your walk-through? We can create a YouTube Link video of our entire walk-through with highlights of key recommendations, etc. $49 per visit
HawkEye Drone Footage – Would you like drone footage of your roof, property exterior, etc.? We can create a drone video flyover of your property $69 / visit
*Please note drone videos are subject to weather conditions and any government restrictions for flying
Insurance Claims – Dealing with an insurance claim. Do you need someone to document specific items with photos or meet an adjuster? Billed Hourly
Warranty Repair – We can meet contractors to allow access or show them what needs to be completed Billed Hourly
Contractor Meet-up – Do you have contractors coming while you’re away? We can meet them to help them gain access, show them areas they need to work on and assure the property is locked up safely and securely when they leave Billed Hourly
Mail Service – We will collect any mail you have and sort it into junk mail / adver tisements and letters. We can mail any items you have to an address you desire $25 + Postage Cost
