Brad Randall, a native Utahn, has spent thousands of hours involved in the home care and property management industry. As a property management company owner for 10+ years, Realtor, national property management instructor and board member on over 10 local, regional, and national property management and real estate-related boards, Brad brings a vibrant history of home care services to the Home Hawk Family. Brad lives with his wife and children in Salt Lake City and enjoys trail running in the gorgeous Wasatch Mountains.
Deb brings over 23 years of property and maintenance management consultative expertise to Home Hawk. Holding a double-concentration MBA in Marketing and Leadership, and currently working on her dissertation for her PhD, Deb has a unique blend of academic and hands-on experience. Her business expertise is complemented by an entrepreneurial spirit, having successfully operated and exited multiple ventures, while also consulting others on fixing their business. In addition to her professional achievements, she has been married to her husband of 28 years, sharing three children and two adorable dogs. An avid traveler at heart, Deb calls the picturesque landscapes of Arizona her home.
Brian is a dedicated family man with three wonderful children and a loving wife who supports and inspires him daily. Brian's journey in consumer experience and product development has been marked by resounding success, demonstrating his innate entrepreneurial spirit. He has a remarkable ability to identify market opportunities, innovate, and bring products to life that meet consumer needs and exceed expectations. Brian's dedication to his family and career showcases his unwavering commitment to growth and positivity.
Karrie brings a dynamic blend of design, creativity, and branding expertise to our team.
